Now, a bit about us…

WHO ARE WE?

We’re a photography duo and life partners, living in London, but splitting our time between our home in Croydon and our beautiful seaside hometown of Weymouth, in Dorset. We like to say we have the perfect mix of city and countryside life.

Having met at a wedding ourselves back in 2016, they’ve always held special memories.

In our spare time we love nothing more than taking care of our dog Wesley, spending time with family and exploring together.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO WE HAVE?

We officially started our professional wedding photography journey in May 2019, shooting our first solo wedding in the glorious Lefkas in Greece with a wonderful couple who entrusted us with their big day. Since then we’ve been addicted and have fast been growing our portfolio.

Our family and couples work started a little before that when we were photographing engagements and family photography.

Our photography style is candid, capturing natural moments you’ll want to remember forever. Of course, we also do the classic posed shots but we very much adapt our style and involvement on the day to the images you want to see at the end.

We would describe ourselves as outgoing, laid-back, and adventurous, knowing when to give direction and when to step back.

ABOUT AMIE (LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER)

My photography career started in 2014 at London Fashion Week when I began shooting catwalks for online magazine, Who’s Jack London. Since then I’ve continued to shoot catwalk, but focusing predominantly on portrait photography in fashion, beauty, and music, working with brands like New Look, TONI&GUY, PIAS and more.

This background in portrait photography has definitely given me an eye for detail and a love of shooting people in any environment.

ABOUT CHARLIE

I’ve been working in the music industry for over 10 years helping artists on their marketing campaigns over that time. This includes a huge variety of acts all the way from Queen to Little Simz. I’ve always been creating imagery around artists and have developed photography and film skills as part of my role, which I have built much further through Amie’s expert knowledge. I prefer to take shots of candid and real moments that really capture people’s experience and emotions.
